Refund policy
I haven't received my order!
We aim to deliver your order within 1-4 working days, with shipping typically taking 1-3 days on average. However, during promotional offers, there may be a delay, and we'll keep you informed and offer a solution as quickly as possible.
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an automated email with a tracking number. If it takes longer than 7 working days to arrive, please email us at contact@maybe-paris.co and we'll offer a quick resend after analysis.
If your package is marked as delivered, we'll investigate whether it was actually delivered by the logistics carrier. Based on the results of the investigation, we may exceptionally agree to a resend.
I've changed my mind and no longer want my product
You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your product to exercise your right to return it. The item must not have been used and must be returned in its original packaging and in good condition for resale.
If you fail to meet these requirements, your refund may be partial or even impossible.
Who pays for the return shipping?
You'll be responsible for the return shipping costs in the case of a return.
You're free to choose any carrier to return the item. To help you with this process, we recommend using La Poste.
When will I receive my refund?
Your refund will be initiated within 14 calendar days of your return request. The merchant may delay your refund until they receive the item or receive proof of shipment.
Important information
Do not return the item until you've received a response from the merchant by email (except for a standard-size package in the case of self-return) as it may delay or even prevent your request from being processed.
Be sure to ask the carrier for proof of deposit and tracking information to provide proof of shipment to the merchant. If you return an item without tracking information and the merchant doesn't receive it, you'll be unable to get a refund.
My product arrived damaged, incomplete, or incorrect
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us by email at contact@maybe-paris.co within 48 hours of receiving your order to request a return.
Important: Do not throw away the received item(s) or the shipping box. These documents are essential for processing your claim and should be included in your email:
- A photograph of the anomaly (for incomplete orders or damaged products, a photograph of the entire received order will be necessary)
- A photograph of the delivery note inside your package
- A photograph of the transport label attached to your package
- A photograph of the entire shipping box
What can I ask for?
You can request one of the following solutions for each item with an anomaly:
- Replacement of the product
- Refund
- Reception of the missing item(s)
- Commercial gesture
Note:
Your choice will be based on an analysis of your claim and the merchant's legal conditions.
If an issue is confirmed through analysis, the merchant may prioritize the substitution of your product, even if you request a refund. If they can't perform the first action, they'll refund your purchase.
Who pays for return shipping?
In the case of a return due to a change of mind or a lack of information needed for delivery, you'll be responsible for the shipping and return shipping costs, if applicable.
The costs will be deducted from the refund after receipt and analysis, based on the following:
- ADDRESS IN MAINLAND FRANCE: €5.9 deducted for each delivery note
- ADDRESS IN EUROPE (EXCLUDING FRANCE): €10 deducted for each delivery note
- ADDRESS IN FRANCE (OVERSEAS TERRITORIES): €10 deducted for each delivery note
